Resolute Bio:

A new perspective on human disease.

Resolute Bio is a Copenhagen-based biotechnology company combining spatial proteomics with artificial intelligence to better understand human disease. By studying proteins within human tissue, their technology reveals biological patterns that could help researchers discover new treatments and identify which patients will benefit from them.

The co-founder of Resolute Bio, Andreas Mund, likes to describe their platform as “the Google Maps for cells”.

As the company expands their work with pharmaceutical and research partners, the challenge was to make a highly technical scientific process easier to understand while creating a distinctive identity that reflects Resolute Bio’s expertise and ambition.

Resolution in every detail.

The identity was inspired by Resolute Bio’s approach to finding meaning in complex biological data.

The process begins with microscopic squares of human tissue from a biopsy called tiles. Artificial intelligence helps select the most informative areas for protein analysis. The results are combined with image data in a multidimensional structure known as the Data Cube, creating a detailed picture of the tissue that reveals patterns and relationships otherwise difficult to see.

This process became the starting point for a visual identity built around resolution, structure and variation. Pixels, grids and layers of information were explored through graphic experiments and animation tests, moving from simple two-dimensional images to more complex forms.

Bringing the science into focus.

The final identity combines a distinctive logotype and monogram with typography, colour and a flexible graphic system inspired by the company’s technology.

The principles of resolution and variation extend into data visualisations and animations, revealing connections between tissue imagery, molecular information and computational analysis.

The identity was also carried through to a new website, where scientific content, motion and clear storytelling help explain Resolute Bio’s approach to a wider audience.

The result is a cohesive brand and digital experience that gives Resolute Bio a recognisable presence and supports its continued growth.
